At Word of Mouth, each piece is made-to-order. As such, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged:
1. Email us at Streetwearwom@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
2. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos.
3. We’ll investigate and replace or refund as needed.
Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled within 1 hour of purchase. After that, production begins and we are unable to stop it.
